   3. Voting for the best story will take place from Thursday July 24th,2008 and will end on Thursday July 31st, 2008
   4. The winner of the best story contest will be announced on Friday August, 1st 2008 and given an iPod Nano
2. Earn points by participating and win a Nintendo Wii

      1. 1 Point for each story rating
      2. 20 Points for each approved story
      3. 10 Points Points for each person you invite who signs up
   2. 1 Raffle ticket can be purchased for 10 Points
   3. The raffle will be held on Friday August 1st, 2008
   4. The winner of the raffle will be annoucned on Friday August 1st, 2008 and will be given a Nintendo Wii

4. Deadline for Entries All story entries must be received by 11:59 PM July 24th 2008. All raffle entires must be received by 11:59PM July 31st 2008
5. Eligibility Employees of the Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, and foregoing employees� household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Contest. Offer valid in the continental United States and D.C. only (Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law).
6. Judging Procedure Stories will be voted on by members of the community. Any members suspected of vote rigging or vote tampering will be automatically disqualified.
7. Notification Best Story contest winner & Raffle contest winner will be announced on August 1st, and they will be notified by email.
8. Prizes 1st place winner of the Best Story contests will be rewarded an iPod Nano valued at $149.00. Raffle contest winner will be rewarded a Nintendo Wii valued at $249.99
9. All submissions will become the sole property of BackFromVegas.com, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry in any manner, in any media. By submitting the entry, you agree that your name, voice, likeness and biographical data may be used by Active Interest Media for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to abide by all contest rules and by decision of judges. Entrants and winner also agree to release BackFromVegas.com, and affiliated companies, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees, from and against any claim, liability, loss or expense of any kind resulting from entry or participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize. Within seven (7) days of notification postmark must correctly complete, execute and return as directed an Affidavit, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement including where lawful, a Publicity Release (plus any additional documents required at the discretion of Sponsor).
